"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"From our initial meeting  Anthony Musumeci, the owner of Primo Tiles, impressed me as knowledgeable and professional.  He analyzed the job with acute attention to detail was very informative and offered several helpful suggestions.  While describing his background and qualifications, he indicated with pride that he had been working alongside his father since he was 6 yrs old and has been self-employed for 15 yrs.  He also said that he it was his intent to make everything as easy as possible for me - and he certainly did that.  His crew, which consisted of  himself, his father and brother arrived early each day and worked straight thru an 8-9 hr day.  They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up at the end of each day.  It was clear from the first day that I had chosen the right contractor.  The bathroom remodel included the following:
- - tearing out 1 and 1/2 inches of concrete shower walls before installing a new tiled shower including new plumbing/fixtures
- -install marble around entrance to shower and threshold
 - - installing new plumbing/fixtures in separate bathtub requiring cutting an access panel and re-sealing like new
- -finding a way to cut and make adjustments to cut iron pipes in order to properly install a new toilet the right way vs making-do with the old set-up
- -install new tile floor
- -install new sink/vanity and countertop
- -install new exhaust fan and new electrical outlets
- -install 2 new shelves and cabinet  hardware
- -beautiful paint job including cabinets
It was obvious each day and at the job completion that a strong work ethic and pride in workmanship runs through the Primo Tiles family. "the windows are guaranteed for 40 years or so....that does not mean a lot to selling a house because you still have to pay for them to come out after two years. They did not measure the sliding glass doors when the measurer came to my house. I was then told that they didn't do any staining.??? I was under contract so I shrugged it off. They replaced my bay window with a 3 window cheap insert. I cried. They didn't even finish for 3 days, I had to keep calling them to come out and finiish it. I sent pictures to Jason the sales guy. They reduced my sliding glass windows because they were suppose to all be put in at the same time. When they took the molding off my one window....they decided to put the oak frame back on but ruined my NEW paint job. I had to hire someone to come in and paint the frames of my windows. He broke my 600.00 shade, so now I have to replace the shade. Why Jason didn't tell me that I would have to have someone come out and paint the frame of the windows, I don't know."
