I waited a year to rate the work provided by Piccirillo enterprises. Tony was very professional in conversation. We hired him based on reviews. He had instead of the crew to work on our house one person and occasionally he came, not often. The work lasted two months longer than projected. The finished product overall looks nice. However after a year I've now had the plumbing fixed in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The problems were basic plumbing not done properly and leaking water caused more issues. I would not recommend hiring this person as you get presented with a plan that sounds great, then in retrospect get to pay thousands to finish the job so it not only looks nice but it actually functions properly. His worker Adam did the majority of the job and as I said it looks nice, but all the major things I had fixed were installed with Tony present. I did reach out to Tony about the issues and he offered to come look at the problems, but after spending alot of money to fix other issues i decided it was in my best interest that I hired another business to fix the problem.

We hired Tony based on the positive reviews left on this site. I regret to tell you that the reviews are far from reality! Tony has limited knowledge in crown molding and did several major mistakes (see photos). We regret that we hired him as his mistakes are very difficult to fix. I do not recommend his service. He is not a professional. Punctuality was another major issue.

We asked Piccirillo Enterprises to do a complete gut and remodel of our master bath, as well as install hardwood flooring in our master bedroom. Tony (the owner) managed the entire project. We received quality work at a fair price, and everyone who worked in our home was courteous. We are very pleased with how the project turned out!

this was the first time taking on this project and wasn't sure who to turn to. I saw that Tony Piccirillo has very good reviews and i understand why. He gave me a very fair quote and came to my townhome to evaluate my bathroom. I was very pleased with his approach, professionalism, and responsiveness. His workmanship along with his crew was excellent. He made this remodeling job a worryfree experience. His 30 plus years of background work truly shows. Beautiful work and great attention to detail. Responsive and provided good communication. It was a big project and the usual delays and unanticipated changes took place. Everything was replaced from ceiling to floor. All new counter tops, appliances, walls, flooring, lighting etc. Tony and his team were very helpful and professional. I would definitely hire them again!

We renovated our kitchen in our 1920s Tudor home in Fairport Village. We found Piccirillo Enterprises, which is really Tony Piccirillo and his crew, on Angie's list and used a coupon for a consultation and estimate for kitchen redesign. Tony works with a designer who visited our home, measured and drew up plans for our kitchen. Tony reviewed the plans and provided an estimate. We were pleased with the design and felt Tony's estimate was fair, so we went ahead with the project. Tony and his team were very professional and their work was high quality. We could not be more pleased with our new kitchen. Tony's quote was very transparent and he invoiced the work as it was completed. We found the whole team to be trustworthy and courteous, which is obviously important when you have a crew of workers in your home on a daily basis for several weeks. We would (and probably will) hire Tony again for other projects in our home.

Not as expected. I haven't heard from Tony since I texted him 6/12 asking where the "quote" and 3-D rendering were. His response: "Hi Christine, I just have been going crazy. I will do my best to get you a quote tuesday night and give my designer your information" 11 weeks after Tony was in my home, I STILL haven't received a thing from him. How could this be sold as a "deal" on Angie's List? Isn't there some kind of screening? I'll be doing business with someone reputable and not throwing money away for 3D estimates that don't exist!

I hired him b/c one of my family friends had his kitchen cabinets bought and installed through home depot. He did very decent job for them. I fired my previous contractor b/c of a lot of issues, so i hired tony to correct and complete the job in may 2016. I gave him absolute flexibility to give me time out his busy schedule at that time and i was greatful for him to fix my kitchen. I have to admit he did a good job for reinstalling cabinets and he install a beautiful tile floor. He was really hard working guy but i don't know what happen he did not finish some of contracted work uptill now may 2017 including some shoe moldings,backsplash,pot filler and installing balanced dishwasher which still moves a lot. Although i texted him many times over the year he said i want to finish the work as soon as he get chance he will let me know. Months passed and almost a year passed, work not completed yet. I definitely learn my lesson hiring mom and pop locally owned contractors privately did to go well. My suggestion whoever wants to hire for work go through companies otherwise you are bound to suffer somehow.

Tony responded very quickly with a quote for the job. He started the work within two weeks, and completed the job right after Thanksgiving. He was very pleasant to work with. The layout was challenging because of the way the rooms connect, but he did an amazing job. The tile was laid perfectly (I'm a perfectionist!), and the floor is beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

A large hutch filled with china had to be emptied for this work to be completed. The day before his painter was to come, the owner called to say the person was ill and rescheduled for the following week. He called the following week and said they were behind and could they come the next week instead. For 3 weeks the dining room was unusable. The owner promised her a good price on the ceiling for being patient. The painter did not have to remove any nails or spackle, because the artwork was going back in the same spots. There was 1 ,deep, 6inch crack near the ceiling that he said he would leave for the ceiling painter to fix because it would take too long to dry. When his employee left, he left a ladder , paint tray, and a drop cloth for the owner to come back and pick up. It was there for almost 2 weeks. When the owner came back to pick up these things, he quoted $350 to paint the tin ceiling in this dining room the same color. The crack in the wall was never repaired. While the painted walls look great, the time it took, and inconvenience of not being able to use the dining room for 3 weeks, soured the experience,not to say the equipment left behind. My daughter would have waited until he had sufficient time to paint. Everyone can appreciate that businesses are very busy around the holidays, when everyone wants something done. That would have been preferable to scheduling a time and not being able to honor it.

We hired Tony, to hang cabinets, install flooring, do some electrical, install above-range microwave, dishwasher and to reframe a window. All of the demo, painting, plumbing, backsplash and finishing touches we did ourselves. To start, Tony didn't start until a week and a half AFTER the agreed upon start date. This was after we had completely gutted our kitchen for the initial start date. It wasn't until I called him and asked him if we were still on for the 17th. He said they were behind on work and wouldn't be able to start until date "x". If it weren't for us calling, he never would have informed us. So we were off to a bad start. When the project started he had 1 guy do as much work as one guy could possibly do and then we were at a stand still. No call no show for work supposed to be done on a Saturday. Also, we were starting to get a little leery on how much work was actually being done during the day so we had our neighbor start letting us know when they were showing up and leaving for the day, and there were days where they wouldn't show up until after 9 and leave before 4. They had also mentioned there would be days where they'd leave for an hour+ for lunch. Finally, we were given three expected finish dates and not one was met. Overall the work was decently done. Nothing to rave about, but the work was completed. Tony is a hard-working guy but his lack of communication, dependability, and ability to juggle jobs is not good. I personally would never hire him again (and never will), but that would be my opinion.

Fine, but it took them over 2 months to actually do the job. My job was put on the far back burner because It wasn't a big enough job ($$$) to be a priority. Tony was great once I got him to my house. But I felt really put off.

I paid for the extra labor and The owner's worker did the job. He did not tell us until he already put the new paneling up that the 2X4's underneath were rotted and should be replaced, instead he screwed the paneling to the rotted 2X4's and mounted a piece of wood at the bottom to secure. It looks like crap! I would avoid them like the plague!

Upon arrival of cabinets, he scheduled the installation and came as promised to install. Area of installation was preped in one day next day cabinetry was installed with a great care,with clean lines which shows his experience and professionalism.
Clean up done super fast.
Tony is an honest, hardworking and person with professional ethics. He gave a special attention to few issued and discussed on several occasion and gave very practical opinions which were adjusted within original estimate(kept us within same cost as in original plan). I already recommended him to my family friend for his great work.
We are very glad that we hired him for this kitchen job as we will be in our kitchen everyday and will admire and remember him for his great work the years to come. Tony we Thank you for giving us Gorgeous Kitchen.
