The replacement part was purchased nearby and replaced quickly and efficiently. As luck would have it, the replacement part was defective and our original problem was not solved. In addition to him doing the job efficiently, He treated our house as if it was his own house taking all precautions not to have drywalled dust throughout the whole house.
