Joe did a phenomenal job on our shower. He explained things well and was very responsive, and we were thrilled with the results. I had a contractor do measurements for a shower door install, and even he said “your tile guy did great work.” I’ve recommended MyTile to friends already, it’s the real deal.

My Tile's performed an excellent job of installing our tile. Also, during my initial meeting with Joe of My Tile, he recommended that my wife and I visit Tile and Decor in Henrietta to explore the choices of tile. When we arrived, we were stunned by the variety of tile. All of it was so beautiful! Gil and one another fellow were very helpful; they recommended the best materials that we should purchase for our installer. Joe approved of the materials. The job took 2 days. Big thanks to My Tile for a job well done.

Joe helped with estimating the quantity of tile required for our project, was flexible with timing when delays occurred, and answered our questions quickly during our tile selection. The actual install was done on a timely basis with great care for accurate, careful install of our glass tiles while keeping the area clean. Joe was very easy to work with and is an expert in tile installation. He even changed the grout suggested by the tile store to a better choice for glass and secured it for us. I highly recommend MyTile for any tile installation.

Joe did a fantastic job. He hung plastic on conjoining rooms. Covered countertops and appliances. He explained everything that needed to be done. He was always prompt and on time. He kept us updated on his progress. He removed old grout and regrouted entire floor. Plus removed two damaged tiles and replaced. He finished the job on time. MyTile did a great job with our bathroom remodel. We had a pretty extensive request with large 48x48in tiles. Joe worked meticulously with our detailed requests and used 3 different shapes and sizes of tile. We also have vaulted ceilings and wanted the 48x48in tiles to go all the way to the ceiling. All of the angles and cuts were precise. True craftsmanship with the alignment of the tiles. Throughout the process, MyTile was also very respectful of the rest of our home and kept a clean workspace. We could not be happier!

Working with MyTile was a great experience from start to finish. I had them demo and re tile my bathroom floor. The team was efficient and thorough in their work. Joe at MyTile did a fantastic job on my master bath. I had a new shower installed as well as a new floor. Everything was done to a high standard. Beautiful clean grout lines, all the tile perfectly even. In the shower he made sure the inset boxes were exactly where I wanted them and he was careful to install the insets and the floor in such a way that everything drains properly. MyTile is not your average tile contractor - honestly they’re more like craftsmen or artisans. Overall I’m very happy with the work they did.

Wonderful. Joe was on time, did an awesome job and listened to my wants and needs of the project. They were in and out and I got a new kitchen backsplash in just a Few hours. Dependable and got the job done!

It was totally outstanding, meticulous, and beautifully completed.

Joe took the time to install an underlayment with the proper adhesives and screws. The tile installation took about 6 days. The job was not rushed resulting in an immaculate finish.

When my wife and I were looking to renovate our bathroom we went through a number of businesses before we stumbled upon MyTile. From the first phone call and meeting with LJ we knew that we had found the right person for the job. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He was very helpful and knowledgeable at every step of the process. He was very honest along the way, we never felt like he was just trying to get a quick dollar. He listened to all of our ideas and added some small tweaks to give us the best bathroom we could have asked for. If you want someone that’s gonna do a good quality job then reach out to LJ. The bathroom remodel went great. More space was provided in the overall bathroom layout, new shower, sink, and flooring installed . LJ set it up so good. My kitchen and bathroom came out how I imagined and I couldn’t ask for any better work. I have recommended LJ to some of my friends , really nice guy and quality work.
