"This was a slightly tricky job. Dan had to find the scourse of water entering my 1885 yr old home and despite the fact he is not a roofing specialist he found the leak easily and repaired it quicky. Dan is meticulious in his work. For example he replaced my interior dining room ceiling during this same job and removed a hook from my ceiling which when the job was done he replaced in the exact same spot. Dan does extra work which he never charged me for. For example there were two painted over windows which had not opened in 30 years. Dan fixed these windows and now they are able to open. I have been wanting that job done for 30 years. When he understood there was water entering my home he was able to schedule the job in about 1 week.
