Dan and the team at West Side Home Improvement did a fantastic job repairing our kitchen. Dan was professional and forthright about every step of the process. We received progress photos information every step of the way. Dan dealt with multiple problems that arose during the project with a high degree of professionalism and fluidity. I would 100% recommend this company and would hire them again in a heart beat.

The prompt efficiency I received on this job was downright impressive. From quickly returning my call, to coming out and doing an evaluation, and then getting the project started-communication was amazing. Not only was he respectful and professional, his knowledge was impressive, and allowed me to trust at this project was going to be done correctly. He actively listened to what my concerns were and gave me a full breakdown of the type of cleaners and sealants appropriate for the job and what the benefits of each were. I appreciated that he truly took the time to clean and tidy up after the job was done, leaving this deck and the surrounding area looking amazing, and I’m looking forward to using it for many years to come. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family for any home improvement needs.

The job was done but only pushed the clog down the line not in the septic tank. After several flushes backed up again. I called Colin plumbing to finish the job

the pro did not put the toilet in, the pro paint a couple of rooms, he did not install the shower. The pro did not complete the job.

We thought we were going to have t replace our corner tub (with jets), because no one was willing to work on repairing it. Dan, from Westside Home Improvement, was able to shore up the (sagging) floor, repair the electrical connections, and get everything working again for about $1200, compared to the $8,000 to $10,000 it would have cost for a replacement. also did a great job cleaning out the basement underneath it, which had mice, ants, and bees infesting the crawl space. A+!

Westside home improvement was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about my project and was able to give me an affordable solution. I was very happy with his work. I will definitely be using westside home improving for all my future projects.

This turned out to be a no call/no show company. If they could not do the job within the timeframe requested I would have appreciated the decline request vs not showing up at all. It is unfortunate because this looked like a great, reputable company. I hope everything is okay with the rep I communicated with that went silent on me.

Dan and his crew came to install a gate around our above ground pool as well as stripped and restained our deck. He is willing to work with you to help provide wonderful work at a price that you feel comfortable with. The end result turned out better than I could have imagined. Dan Ford (owner) was very knowledgeable and professional. He suggested various areas of improvement and I agreed. He performed several handyman tasks in interior of condo. However, it was his landscaping design work that really shined. He took out outdated plantings, mulch and other debris from both front and back gardens. Also power washed pavers on patio along with surrounding area. I would highly recommend this company and will rehire for future projects.

Dan ford was highly professional, he performed a variety of handyman tasks in the interior of the house, the landscape design was done in front of my condo and also on my patio in the back of the condo. the work was quickly and properly completed and while he was here he looked at and commented on other problems around the outside of my home. He was NOT looking for more work but merely warning me of future work that would be needed so I could plan ahead as I'm on a fixed income.
