"Representatives from Halter Plumbing responded to my original request for an appointment within 15 minutes and Mr. Halter arrived on time and was prepared to analyze the problem quickly. The replacement part was purchased nearby and replaced quickly and efficiently. As luck would have it, the replacement part was defective and our original problem was not solved. "Our installer, Dylan, arrived on time and after introducing himself got right to work installing our new walk-in shower. He worked quickly and efficiently making it obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. A major part of his job including ripping out our old tub/shower unit. Again, he did this quickly and efficiently. He finished the entire job in just short of nine hours which included a very thorough clean up and explanation of the various features, cleaning procedures and warranty information. Should the need ever arise, I will have no problem contacting Bath Fitter and asking for Dylan as our installer."

"The job started well, but it did not end on a good note. We replaced the baseboard previously damaged by the floor installer. Over the past two years, we have saved to replace and upgrade the baseboard. I was disappointed with the 1) how the caulk was applied to the finished baseboard, in some places visible 1/2 inch above the baseboard, and 2) How the baseboard application was completed by the refrigerator (we agreed to no replacing the baseboard behind the fridge). However, the side was not done; a visible part of the wall. Now, we have a hole on the floor. 3) There was damage to the casing around the kitchen entrance while the old baseboard was removed that was not fixed."

"the windows are guaranteed for 40 years or so....that does not mean a lot to selling a house because you still have to pay for them to come out after two years. They did not measure the sliding glass doors when the measurer came to my house. I was then told that they didn't do any staining.??? I was under contract so I shrugged it off. They replaced my bay window with a 3 window cheap insert. I cried. They didn't even finish for 3 days, I had to keep calling them to come out and finiish it. I sent pictures to Jason the sales guy. They reduced my sliding glass windows because they were suppose to all be put in at the same time. When they took the molding off my one window....they decided to put the oak frame back on but ruined my NEW paint job. I had to hire someone to come in and paint the frames of my windows. He broke my 600.00 shade, so now I have to replace the shade. Why Jason didn't tell me that I would have to have someone come out and paint the frame of the windows, I don't know."
