The owner, Anthony, returns phone calls, consults, shows up, cleans up, steps up. He installed a set of pull down attic stairs, which now allows me to utilize my crawl space for storage. He carefully assessed the area and made me aware and comfortable that he knew what he was doing and I am ecstatic with the end result, who doesn't love more storage space. Presently I have some plumbing issues in my basement and he has researched and educated me on what my options are and has guided me in the most efficient and cost savvy direction. He takes the time and if needed consults with other experts to do the job right. His team is very knowledgeable and thus far have diligently worked to do the job correctly and in a very timely manner. My home was built in 1959 and the upkeep is endless. As Anthony works around my home he takes notice of everything, he has brought to my attention a humidity concern and has advised me of the ramifications if not addressed properly. I appreciate his attention to detail and suggestions for resolve without the pressure of " This has to be done know". "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
