Needed my kitchen remodeled. Completely gutted my kitchen. Installed new cabinets, sink, appliances and flooring. Carl and his crew were efficient, professional and did high quality work. One thing that was very important to me was making sure during the remodel that dust and mess was limited. His crew was excellent in this area. Left my home clean every day they worked. Carl and his people were everything I was looking for and uch more. They had quite a task blending an old area, while adding new! The rain we had at the time didn't help matters at all. But, they came through with "High" flying colors. Once they started it was all systems go...and that they did! I had an existing sunroom and an attached covered deck. They knocked a wall down between the existing room and the deck and closed it all on to make me a very large sunroom. The end result is "Spectacular!" They even hung a new TV on the wall for me without hesitation. We had an issue with a low ceiling that I wanted to put a light fixture up. With Carl's help and insight, he was able to make the ceiling secure enough to hold the heavy fixture. I am still in awe of how he handled that situation. I would HIGHLY recommend Carl Sudore Home Renovations for pretty much any home project that you need done!

I recently hired Carl and his team from Home Renovations to remodel my master bathroom. From day one when Carl came out to do the estimate right through to the completion of the job, honesty and integrity were paramount. Carl was one of three contractors to give me an estimate. He listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a very reasonable price. My bathroom is beautiful! The tile work in the shower is nothing short of perfection which looks even more stunning surrounded by glass walls. I will be hiring Carl and his team again for my next project!

Carl and his crew did an outstanding job in finishing our 1500 sq ft basement. Work was done in a timely. Communication was excellent as we were always informed what his crew was going to do and when to expect them. The work site was picked up every day and left in an orderly fashion. I had a disappointing and frustrating experience with this general contractor who failed to fulfill their promises and abandoned the job site when faced with fixing the mess they created. The contractor promised exceptional craftsmanship and timely completion, but their quality was subpar, and they prioritized speed over quality. Communication became a challenge when addressing the issues. and they ignored the contract and filed a lien against the property. They showed no interest in discussing the problems or providing solutions. The ultimate betrayal came when they chose to abandon the job site and shift blame onto others when confronted with fixing their mistakes, and they ignored the contract and filed a lien against the property, which was dismissed in court. This left us with financial losses, emotional stress, and no resolution. It is essential to warn potential clients about their unprofessional behavior and lack of integrity. Thorough research and vetting of contractors is necessary to avoid such experiences for yourself. As of this posting he and his company are not a member of BBB that he tries to share that he is during first contact.

They did a very nice job on our kitchen and bathroom renovation, although it did take considerably longer than originally quoted. Carl, as well as his workers were very courteous and worked hard to get the job completed to our satisfaction. We got 3 quotes and Carl's was by far the best. Everything went well, although there were a couple of snags during the job. One issue was that Home Depot never entered our vanity order, so that helped to lengthen the completion by weeks. The second issue had to do with how Carl factors in the cost of debris removal in his quote. I suggested that he put in a more realistic number on all future quotes. Even with these couple of issues, I would definitely recommend Carl.

We've worked with Carl for many years and he is always professional, polite, fair and a pleasure to work with. He shows up when promised and they leave the worksite clean and orderly. We have and will continue to reccommend this team. Always a pleasure!

Carl redid our bathroom a year ago and now we have water damage. He promised a lot up front, but everything went downhill as soon as we signed a contract. He was difficult to reach. The project took much longer than expected. The workers did not clean up after themselves. The painting had several issues. Worst of all, the grout in the shower immediately started coming up the first time we used it, despite waiting even longer than they said to let it set. They redid it when we asked, but now less than a year later it's worn away in several spots leading to water leaking through to the floor below. The contractor we hired to fix the water damage said the tiles in the shower also aren't sloped correctly and the drain is the wrong size. Absolutely would not recommend.

The team at Home Renovations are top notch professionals! Carl and his team kept everything on track throughout the entire project. They were extremely transparent and quick to adapt when events out of their control impacted the work schedule. A perfectionist in every detail and ensured we were 110% satisfied before he finalized the project. The entire team was great to work with and we received all around amazing service on our plumbing and remodel project.

Carl and his team were the utmost respectful, hardworking crew in the Rochester. This is our second job with him (first one was a glass shower door install) Our basement was partially completed. Carl came in and completed the following: electrical wiring, drywall, drop ceiling, lighting, installed a couple of cabinet doors, floor tiling and painting. Carl worked around our work schedule and had his team ready to work at the appropriate time. They put in a full days work each day and each of his team members were very courteous, respectful and professional. We have a few more projects to do in the house and will definitely use Carl and his team again!
