They started right away opening the shipping boxes containing large furniture pieces such as a queen bed and two large dressers. They put all the waste either into trash bags or onto curb for recycling. The furniture was assembled nicely. We had to leave during the work, and Rufino texted me with images of some minor damage to the furniture that occurred during shipping. The images of the damaged box and the piece (back of dresser) were very helpful. We are happy with the work and were pleased with the professionalism."

The kids can climb the wrap-around 11 foot bookcases, and while they might get injured in the process - it won't be because of a flaw in the bookcases; these things are built to last forever. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally. We will definitely use Frank and his team again, and we recommend him to everyone we know."
