We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. His contract was detailed and comprehensive, such that we knew exactly what we were getting, how it would be constructed, and when each piece of the project would be completed and delivered. Harold cleaned the tarps everyday and made sure our home was spotless when they left for the day Fabian included us in all phases of the new construction making sure we were happy. Fabian and Harold were very punctual and worked everyday until the project was complete. We cannot expresses our gratitude enough after seeing our new master bath. The tiling job was exquisite.
