"We moved a wooden dining room table, padded dining room chairs, two leaves, the glass cover to the table and a large, ornate floor lamp between two homes in New York City and Westchester (about 50 mile apart). No, stock tank pools do not get too hot, even when they are set up in a sunny location. Many stock pools are made with galvanized steel and are designed not to get too hot to touch.
