- FAJARDO. CONTRACTOR CORPThe house and the decks look fabulous and we are now safe! During the Pandemic we spent more time out of doors and realized the stucco and trim on our 100 year old Tudor was in bad shape. Erick pressure washed to prep for painting. In the process he found trim boards that were rotted and needed repair. He also found that the beam supporting our kitchen deck was cracked, sagging, and rotted through and a small older deck in back was inadequately supported and pulling away from the house. We were lucky he found these problems. Erick built support walls to keep the decks from collapsing then rebuilt everything with new concrete footers as needed. With a proper beam for support the small deck could be enlarged. The finished decks have painted cedar rails and well matched low maintenance composite decking. The divided glass door to the old deck was seriously rotted but would have been a fortune to replace because it is an odd size. Erick was able to repair it. Material costs are much higher than a year ago so these repairs were not inexpensive but the cost for labor was very reasonable and the work is beautiful
- Nunez Construction and PaintingEfren and his team did a very nice job of repair and painting of the outside and inside of my home. They showed up on time daily and worked the full day, cleaning up at the end of the day. There were a couple of blips along the way but Efren went above and beyond on trying to make things right. Efren was very responsive to request and showed up daily to keep the project on schedule and to make sure things were going right. I would recommend them and plan on using Nunez Construction again for other projects as they arise
