When he encountered hiccups along the way (taping ripped paint right off our wall), he took it in stride, fixed the problem (though it wasn't his fault) and left it better than he found it. The final product is absolutely stunning and solid. The kids can climb the wrap-around 11 foot bookcases, and while they might get injured in the process - it won't be because of a flaw in the bookcases; these things are built to last forever. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally. We will definitely use Frank and his team again, and we recommend him to everyone we know."
