We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally.
