We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. His contract was detailed and comprehensive, such that we knew exactly what we were getting, how it would be constructed, and when each piece of the project would be completed and delivered. The final product is absolutely stunning and solid. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally.
