Sam did an excellent job with our home renovations, we were very happy with him and his work. Very reasonably priced, and right in the neighborhood. Great guy, very kind and professional, a real pleasure to work with. We will definitely be hiring Sam again for future home renovation projects.

When we began the process of our bathroom renovation, we were very impressed with Sam right off the bat. He is a very genuine, knowledgeable, professional and honest person. Once we met him and discussed what we wanted to do, we knew we wanted Sam to handle our renovation. Sam showed up when he said he would and worked every day straight through until the project was finished. He didn't start and then disappear for days or weeks and then show up again. When we met with the inevitable "unexpected issues" that come up with any renovation, Sam always had at least a couple of ideas/options for us to consider relative to dealing with those issues. Sam always cleaned up any debris, etc., and left everything very neat and clean. We are beyond pleased with the results and would certainly use Sam again. Sam was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us about everything throughout the project and cleaned up while he worked. We were happy with all the work that was done including demo, drywall, door installation, painting, cabinet install, floor and backsplash tile work. Most importantly, Sam is trustworthy and honest. Sam wasn't able to accept work from me as he had a busy schedule. I misinterpret his call, which was timely, and then not being able to help. Sam contacted me several weeks later and was a gentleman, and expressed his thoughts regarding our one-time previous conversation. My exposure to Sam Fratto and his business should not have a negative connotation as to his work ethics, or his craftmanship. It seemed to have been a misconception in communication.

When I decided to remodel, I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of contractors out there...I didn’t even know where to start. Luckily I found Sam, who took me step by step through everything, taking the time to explain the process and various options. Sam was always professional. He made valid suggestions. He supplied everything needed. And was always prepared for a days work. If changes needed to be made Sam worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly. Sam can complete any work needed neatly and promptly.

I would have him do everything in my home. He is worth the money and the investment. He is awesome, reliable, punctual, clean after his work, you would never know that someone did work in your home. He is like a perfectionist, for real. He is just great at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone that wants a perfect job done.
