We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. From design through completion, we were impressed by his talent, professionalism and transparency. His contract was detailed and comprehensive, such that we knew exactly what we were getting, how it would be constructed, and when each piece of the project would be completed and delivered. He sent us beautiful photos of his process throughout construction. He was quick to answer questions via text, and sent us gentle reminders when we had design questions to answer for him. The kids can climb the wrap-around 11 foot bookcases, and while they might get injured in the process - it won't be because of a flaw in the bookcases; these things are built to last forever. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally. We will definitely use Frank and his team again, and we recommend him to everyone we know."

There were many touch-ups and areas that needed to be fixed and he assured me his guys would do it. It was all finished very well. This was my first time using a window cleaner, so I now know to look at each window carefully, especially the sills and tracks which many weren't cleaned. I do plan on using them again because of the owners responsiveness for customer satisfaction."
