We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. His contract was detailed and comprehensive, such that we knew exactly what we were getting, how it would be constructed, and when each piece of the project would be completed and delivered. The final product is absolutely stunning and solid. The kids can climb the wrap-around 11 foot bookcases, and while they might get injured in the process - it won't be because of a flaw in the bookcases; these things are built to last forever. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally. We will definitely use Frank and his team again, and we recommend him to everyone we know."
