We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally. We will definitely use Frank and his team again, and we recommend him to everyone we know."

Harold cleaned the tarps everyday and made sure our home was spotless when they left for the day Fabian included us in all phases of the new construction making sure we were happy. Fabian and Harold were very punctual and worked everyday until the project was complete. We cannot expresses our gratitude enough after seeing our new master bath. The tiling job was exquisite.
