"We moved a wooden dining room table, padded dining room chairs, two leaves, the glass cover to the table and a large, ornate floor lamp between two homes in New York City and Westchester (about 50 mile apart). Jimmy and Nicolas were superb: careful, professional, thoughtful, engaging, and focused. I cannot imagine a better moving service than we had in this one. Superb is the word!"

Customers say: Super punctual

"Rufino and his colleagues were prompt and communicated with us via text and phone effectively. They started right away opening the shipping boxes containing large furniture pieces such as a queen bed and two large dressers. They put all the waste either into trash bags or onto curb for recycling. The furniture was assembled nicely. We had to leave during the work, and Rufino texted me with images of some minor damage to the furniture that occurred during shipping. The images of the damaged box and the piece (back of dresser) were very helpful. We are happy with the work and were pleased with the professionalism."

"Our project was somewhat of a last minute repair from a kitchen demolition. Mr Vazquez responded quickly and kept in touch throughout the process. He and his crew were prompt and courteous. I would contract his services again."

"We used Westlyn and A 2 Z for a new Trex deck with a new above ground pool set. and incorporated it into the deck itself. We did not have specific plans, just an idea of how it could look. Westlyn worked with us the whole way addressing our concerns, and guiding his team to our final product, a lovely new pool and deck i cant wait to swim in!! they were professional , clean, and very helpful as we ran into little glitches here and there as all projects do, and solved them quickly. the only problem we had was waiting at different times due to the pandemic, obviously this is out of his control. we would definitely refer him to others, the work exceeded expectations and was within budget."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Address structural cracks, broken fences, and freeze damage immediately. CT winters cause severe freeze-thaw cycles that rapidly worsen existing cracks and broken plumbing. Fix heater or pump failures right away to maximize the short summer swimming season. Conversely, schedule cosmetic pool and spa service—like resurfacing or tile replacement—for the fall or early spring to ensure better availability from local professionals.

Helpful?

Combining pool and spa service with other backyard upgrades is highly efficient. Grouping projects like equipment replacement and electrical upgrades streamlines the strict Greenwich permitting process. Coordinate your pool work with landscaping or patio construction to minimize site disruption and reduce scheduling delays. Keep a strict eye on the project scope, as bundling too many major renovations at once extends your timeline significantly.

Helpful?

Timelines for pool and spa service depend entirely on the project scope and local permitting. Basic equipment replacements take a few days, while full resurfacing requires several weeks. In CT, adding new features near wetlands extends the approval process by several months. Schedule non-urgent work during the fall or early spring to avoid the heavy summer backlog experienced by local contractors.

Helpful?

Watch out for contractors who suggest skipping mandatory permits or ignore local wetland regulations. A reliable professional performing pool and spa service will always provide proof of required state registrations and insurance. Reject quotes that lack specific details on winterization methods, as improper closing causes severe damage. Finally, demand references from Greenwich homeowners to verify the contractor understands local soil and coastal conditions.

Helpful?

When planning pool and spa service, consider Greenwich's unique landscape. Coastal areas expose equipment to corrosive salt air and high water tables, requiring durable materials and careful winterization. Inland, dense tree canopies drop organic debris that demands frequent filter cleaning. You must also account for local wildlife, like deer, which damage covers. Always check local wetland regulations and property setbacks before starting any major outdoor project.
