"My problem was a blocked underground drain pipe. The plumber failed to unblock the pipe. I purchased a sump pump and a hose, which I didn’t have before. He installed a hose, charged me $480 for it and asked for cash right away, suggesting that he would send me a receipt later. The next day I noticed dripping from the hose and asked him to come and fix it. But he never showed up, ignored my messages and didn't send me a receipt for the payment. The plumber's name is Peter Kisselbrock. Stay away from him. He is ignorant, careless, and unprofessional."
