I just had my roof replaced by Saratoga Roofing, from start to finish it was an extremely positive experience! The initial inspection and project estimate was comprehensive and competitive. From the very start I felt confident the work would be performed proficiently, I was not disappointed! The crew were experienced, professional and courteous. Excellent people to work with. Both the estimator and the installer were very easy to deal with, new what they were doing and were on time. The job was done in one day as promised and the yard was cleaned up very well before they left. Their pricing was very competitive with the other 4 companies I got estimates from.

Promptly arrived, worked non stop to complete job in a day. Roof looks great.

Arrived on time for both the estimate appointment and the actual work. Very professional and took time to explain all the details and answer any questions I had. The owner supervised every phase of the job and his crew was well-trained, hard working and efficient. There was no wasted time or effort. The job was completed in one day and at the the estimated cost. Clean-up was exceptional - all the debris was gone - you couldn't tell that anyone had been there. Great customer service - I highly recommend them.

The work quality is top notch, hardworking crew, completed the job in one day, 7 guys, removed the old roof installed a new one, cleanup was very impressive, you couldn t tell that work was done unless you look at the beautiful new roof.

Best price combined with quality work and an honest, up front, and invested owner makes hiring David and his team a no brainer. You won t be sorry with your choice. David (the owner) is on site for the job. The team arrived on time and hit the ground running. They were professional and there was not one scrap of debris left behind. No need to pay big prices for excellent work-call David!

This was a great experience so far as it was just installed today, but I Called for estimate late afternoon and the sales agent was at my house the next day. I was given a very competitive price and since I had previously gotten enough estimates to know I wasn t going to do better on price and they offered a preferred contractor warranty I decided to sign a contact the same day. I was told in advance how long the wait time would be before they could start as it s peek roofing season. They made the appointment for today and they were here right when they said at 7am. They worked continuously all day less a lunch break and finish the entire job by 4pm. Roof looks great!

On time,clean up was great.3 hours for the job.

Dave was great-expedient and thorough. Gave us multiple options on what to do with a 13 year old roof that was not installed properly by the builder. Decided on a partial replacement and he was able to match shingles so hardly noticeable. Definitely would use again when it s time to replace the entire roof. My wife was worried about her extensive flower beds being damaged but there was no foot traffic or dropped shingles at all.

Great communication by Bruce and Dave. Very understanding of my concerns and requests for much-needed replacement of the shingled roof. Within five hours (with no break) a crew of eight completed the job. VERY happy with the result.
