We could not be more pleased with this company! The technician arrived on time with the parts required to install our ice maker. He performed the worker with attention to detail and quality and was a pleasure to have in our home. The price was absolutely reasonable. We will use ATS for all our future needs.

John was awesome! Arrived early and worked quickly to diagnose problem which turned out to be a fairly simple fix even though the leak was huge! I was Avery impressed with his knowledge and skill as well as his super friendly attitude. He took time to explain to me what he found and what he was doing in very understandable terms. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

They were available on Saturday and we set up for the 1-4 window. John and Mike arrived early in that time frame. They came right in and got to work getting rid of all of the ice buildup due to a clogged drain. I would chip out what I saw weekly, but there was a lot more behind the scenes. They got rid of the clog and also fixed the door so that it actually wants to close. They answered any questions I had about the problem and what they were doing.

Amanda took my call immediately and scheduled the technicians out to our home in a timely manner. We had another company here about 5 months earlier for a related problem and were not pleased with their work. Jon and Mike arrived on the scheduled day and went right to work. After about 30 minutes of troubleshooting, Jon could not find a specific reason for the rumble and vibration. They had taken the entire unit apart, inspected everything, tightened all the belts and pulleys and whatever else he suspected. They then reassembled the dryer and tested it. Whatever it was, they had fixed it. It now runs like a new dryer. Since they didn't find any problem, they only charged us for a service visit. You don't find many companies with that level of personable, friendly customer service. If I need any other appliance repaired, I will call this company immediately.

We were called back within 20 ,minutes. It was a Saturday. We were told the approximate time the technician would arrive and were called first. The owner and technician were very professional and thorough. They were both very nice gentlemen. They diagnosed the problem and unfortunately we need a new fridge. The charge for the call was less then was quoted online. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I recently contacted Appliance Repair Technicians and left a message and was contacted promptly. A technician (Jon) arrived a day later and on time. Jon diagnosed the issue and explained that he could repair that problem, but there was also a balance problem when spinning, possibly from a recent move to a new residence. Jon explained the cost to replace the pump and repair the balance issue would be high and recommended purchasing a new machine. I feel that Jon's integrity and honesty were excellent. He then only charged me for his very low cost service call!

You want it fixed right and at half the cost.....call this company!!!!! Quickly repaired our oven on our Dacor Range. A very nice professional local business. Called on a Wednesday and he was here and did the repairs the very next day. Great pricing and service. Cost me half of what it would have cost if I had called Sears.

it was cheaper to buy a new one. the part was 440.00 plus 107.00 to come out and look at it. we bought a new one for about 560.00

"I'm sorry but I think you have us confused with another appliance repair company. We have no record of your name or address in our system. Our service fee to diagnose an appliance is $69.95 plus tax, if you mention finding us on Angies list it's only $59.95 plus tax. It's possible you may have called us and asked about the cost of a part which we could have looked up online but we have no control over what local suppliers and manufacturers charge. In most cases we encourage having a technician at least diagnose the appliance before replacing it. We would let you know if we didn't believe it was cost efficient to repair but ultimately we leave those decisions up to the customer. If a customer chooses to repair an appliance with a part we believe to be expensive we often offer added discounts or lower labor rates to help off-set the cost to them. There are a few local companies that charge $107 to diagnose an appliance but we are not one of them."

They came to our house the same day we called and fixed it temporarily so we could use it. We then set up another appointment three days later for a permanent fix. John did a great job. I highly recommend.

Discovered motor shot. Because of dryer age, technician recommended purchasing new dryer rather than replacing motor. The technician, Jon, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use this service again.

We reviewed the serviced and complimented the tech, but indicated that the problem was not fixed. They called right away, and said that the service was warrantied and they would send the tech again. He came and worked over 3 hours on our refrigerator (at no additional cost), and it was discovered that there was a leak in the water line in the door. We opted to NOT pay to fix this, as we did not feel it was worthwhile to pay for that option. The tech was amazing, locating the problem, and giving us suggestions. He went over and above any service tech we have ever had at our home. We still have, and are using the ice feature, which is more important to us than the water feature. We believe this issue is a design defect by LG, and will most likely NOT buy an LG refrigerator with water on the outside of the door, in the future. Kudos to our repair technician Jon. He is the BEST!
