It went well, we would use this service again. Our plumber knew what to do and kept us in the loop, above and beyond. He was professional and relevant.

He was there a total of two hours. The repairs were completed correctly and he had the replacement parts in the truck. Very enjoyable to talk to after the work was complete.

Gerard is amazing and a total lifesaver. I can't even begin to put into words how incredibly relieved and thankful we are to have had him come fix our leak. We have an older home (1931) with an old upstairs shower that was leaking into the bathroom downstairs. We had two different plumbers come in to say they wouldn't work on it or couldn't work on it, and we felt completely lost. When he came to fix it, he gave us a breakdown of what was happening and offered several options we could pick from so we could work within our budget and fully understand how each solution would work. He was also so kind throughout the process and really helped us calm our nerves, since we had been struggling with this leak for weeks! He is a quick communicator, and was able to work with us as we coordinated with our upstairs tenants to make sure all schedules lined up for repairs. Truly one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. I will recommend him to everyone I know, he is definitely our new go-to-guy!

He arrived promptly. Gave us several options for what we could do. We agreed on a time to have the work done and he returned to do it for us. We were happy with his professionalism and work completed. We will be calling for additional work later this season.

Great service. Free estimate and my wife felt comfortable around Gerard when i was not around. Did a great job, and he did it fast! He even made a suggestion that made things much better that i had not thought of. Price was fair in my opinion and i would definitely suggest him to my family and friends.

Gerard looked at what needed to be repaired. Gave me the price, which I thought was fair. He did the repairs. No problem. Would hire him again if/when needed.

Called several times to say he was delayed at 1st job. Although he did keep calling to keep me updated with his ETA it was several hours later than initially scheduled. He was there for less than an hour for 2 simple jobs but charged over $500.

Not great. He installed it and when I came home It smells like gas. He needs to replace the valve.

Very good service and cheapest around

It was wonderful! After receiving an outlandish estimate from another company, Algonquin Plumbing came in and gave us an estimate for one-sixth the price . The garbage disposal was removed and new piping was installed ....and it all works WONDERFUL!! Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Can't believe it was done so fast. Best plumber I have ever used. Fast and clean. I will use him for any plumbing in the future. Best part his pricing was very good.
