Vinny from NY HVAC was a true professional. He told me over the phone that I would get great work at the price he quoted. "The AC was installed in 2021 replacing an existing AC. It worked well for two seasons but I n the beginning of this season 2024, I had problems. Although the technicians that came were nice, they did nothing to fix the problem until Christian who worked tirelessly. In the future I will only ask for him. The reason for the rating is because their customer service is very good, however, I went nearly the entire summer with an AC that was malfunctioning because the first two techs could not find any problem. Also, I find their repairs costly. An example is that I paid to be in a program where they inspect electrical plumbing and hvac. No recommendation was less than $500. In fact my son used them to replace two hoses in the kitchen. Starting price for anything seems to be $500 even if they are there for 30 minutes. The choice is yours. very good customers service, nice but mediocre techs (except for Christian) and costly repairs."

"Joe was very respectful, personable and patient and explained what he would do and why to ensure our central air would finally work. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it. I LOVE being able to monitor indoor and outdoor temps on the app and I can see that our summer tenants are using it and that the AC is working great when needed."
