We had an ac unit put in two years ago. It never worked quite right. He came to check situation a couple times last summer - being it was a new unit - said to leave on auto/70 and should be fine. Still would not work correctly, hot days wouldn't work at all. This year was not working at all, only HOT air would come out. Once again came this summer, added more freon, stating there must be a leak somewhere. They couldn't find leak, told us we need to replace all the copper piping to fix the not even found leak. Wanted to charge insane amount money to fix a recent unit they installed that never worked in the first place! I tried calling the business a few times with not a single call back to speak with me. Thankfully i was forced to get it checked by someone else - it was an EASY fix! The flares were never tightened and there was a welded area that we were never told was done in first place. Do not trust this place; horrible customer service, unreliable, and afraid i was almost scammed!

The guys at MassAir made having to get new central AC units installed, repairs on older units, new vents and ductwork, etc., actually a pleasurable experience! It is a family owned business, and I found Joe and his son Michael to be a real pleasure to work with. They are an extremely professional, proficient, knowledgeable, honest and hardworking team, and I trust them with any HVAC related projects that I have in the future. Provided a fair price for a new Rheem air conditioner condenser and air handler. Price was very competitive. Pleased with the work done. Had several productive conversations with the owner regarding the best fit for our needs and budget (1-stage versus 2-stage; SEER2 rating). Pleased with what we wound up deciding on.

He sized up the project and explained in simple terms how the process would work: The price was excellent for a new whole house Ductless Mini Split AC System . When they showed up for the install they walked through how it would be done and explained it in simple terms. They were all neat and clean as the did the job and wore their masks the entire time over the two day job.
