N. H. Ross, Inc.

I have used N.H. Ross in the past, and will continue to use them in the future. They are very professional, extremely well-trained, and knowledgeable in their trades -- As well as genuinely great down-to-earth human beings. Every time I invite them into my house to complete work, they always pay attention to the smallest details and clean up after themselves. I am thoroughly impressed that this company can find such great men and women to represent their brand. This time around, I had a ductless mini-split system installed. Eli and Bryan were able to walk me through every step that they were taking and made sure that any questions I had were thoroughly answered. They care -- they took time to make sure that the exterior lines were routed in a manner that was visually appealing and functional. 10/10 service and I would (and will) call them again for ANY home improvement that they cover.

OMG. From the moment I spoke with Gail in the office, Jose in sales and the great team they sent with Eli and Brian to install 2 - 3 ton units was an incredible experience. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. all the technicians were on time. The job was done neatly professionally and we would highly recommend NH Ross. Can?t wait to use them again.

Ripped out the old system and installed a new one the same day. The crew was courteous and professional. I was actually able to negotiate the price with them. I highly recommend this company.

The AC was installed in 2021 replacing an existing AC. It worked well for two seasons but I n the beginning of this season 2024, I had problems. Although the technicians that came were nice, they did nothing to fix the problem until Christian who worked tirelessly. In the future I will only ask for him. The reason for the rating is because their customer service is very good, however, I went nearly the entire summer with an AC that was malfunctioning because the first two techs could not find any problem. Also, I find their repairs costly. An example is that I paid to be in a program where they inspect electrical plumbing and hvac. No recommendation was less than $500. In fact my son used them to replace two hoses in the kitchen. Starting price for anything seems to be $500 even if they are there for 30 minutes. The choice is yours. very good customers service, nice but mediocre techs (except for Christian) and costly repairs.

Just try them. One time .if good a dnd honestly worked, keep them for future help .
