I canâ t say enough great things about this company. I was having issues with a newly installed mini split air conditioner. I needed a tech to come out and troubleshoot the issue. He was extremely rude and nasty to his worker. He did not clean the A/C unit as advised by Sujitsu. He did a very sloppy job of re-insulating the wires. He kept arguing when I would question him in the end he literally taped my unit back together.

Later that night Eric emailed an estimate that was very detailed and reasonably priced. The day of the install was great. I was worried about the amount of dust that would come from cutting new vent holes in the ceiling. But they used drop cloths to cover everything and, just to be sure, they vacuumed everything once finished. My house was cleaner then it was before they arrived. Talk about a bonus! I was impressed with Moustafaâ s professionalism. He was always nice and patient. He answered all of my questions and he also asked questions to know my preferences and make sure I was informed every step of the way. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend Eric and his team. I just love that every room in my house is finally nice and cool. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get central Air! Thanks guys.
