Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. The two workers were polite and efficient and when I questioned why my office window looked like the soap was not rinsed he advised that they rinsed it twice (2nd story) and offered to clean it again. "Did a fantastic job cleaning the HVAC ducts. I had recently done major renovations on my home which created a huge amount of dust. The dust got into the returns and created a uncomfortable situation. Once all the work was done I purchased the duct cleaning from Lowes using the coupon deal they promoted on this site. I then called and they to scheduled me for the service promptly . They called ahead the day before to confirm the appointment, they then called the day of the appointment to let me know they were on the way. The technician showed up on time and was very polite, and even took is shoes off to work in the house. He did a very thorough job and kept me informed each step of the cleaning process. He even put a camera into the ducts to take before and after photos. I would highly recommend this company, and will you them again in the future."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

The job looked so good, the spackle is smooth and seamless, and the ceiling looks great!!! Also, the team was so neat and cleaned up after finishing the job.
