Actually set up maintenance schedule for my gas furnace in fall with him as well, i would highly recommend him
They even laid out the basement equipment so that if we were to finish the basement there would be minimal interference in the future.
We have not had any problems in the course of the past 10 years. When we require some basic servicing, Jonathan is always available and response very quickly.
