They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. He presented me with a well-prepared written estimate (and by the way, I thought $750 to install a doorbell which I picked up from Lowes for only $30 was pretty steep, but I really wanted to get the job done ASAP). After the job was done he provided me with a professional digital receipt and then gave me some feedback on potential future electrical work at my house.
