"I called and got a friendly greeting. 
The service call came right on time and did a nice job.
i didn't have a problem but I had never had the cesspool pumped in 22 years.
OK, it was a brand new cesspool 22 years ago and my first house so I am really clueless.
I am told to pump it every 5 years so I guess I was over due. 
Not having a clue I only had an idea of what the cost was through the phone call I had made to the company. 
I was told $485 but was charged extra for aeration , chemicals and a tube going to the over flow tank. 
In total it was $750 with my Angie's List 10% off. 
Not to bad considering I never had it done before. 
Ray & Paul were very good at what they do, professional and got me up to speed on what was going on.

"Went well. Called for septic to be pumped on a Saturday afternoon. He was in the area on another job and came when he was done. Told us the overflow needed pumping also but would have to come back another day to do that since his truck was full. Got the septic pumped out and came back 10 days later to pump and aerate the overflow. Put the patch of grass back that he had to dig up to get to it. You'd never know he did anything there.
