"I called and got a friendly greeting. 
The service call came right on time and did a nice job.
i didn't have a problem but I had never had the cesspool pumped in 22 years.
OK, it was a brand new cesspool 22 years ago and my first house so I am really clueless.
I am told to pump it every 5 years so I guess I was over due. 
Not having a clue I only had an idea of what the cost was through the phone call I had made to the company. 
I was told $485 but was charged extra for aeration , chemicals and a tube going to the over flow tank. 
In total it was $750 with my Angie's List 10% off. 
Not to bad considering I never had it done before. 
Ray & Paul were very good at what they do, professional and got me up to speed on what was going on.

He uncovered not one, not two, but five lids - cesspool plus two overflows and septic tank plus one. He sucked out the gunk, rotored out our lines and was patient, efficient and very pleasant. The boss, Joe S., answered all my questions and came to my home and walked the property with me and explained how everything would work a good two weeks before the project started. I had an older block cesspool and overflow tank and the pipe between them was collapsed and no longer working. After contacting several companies, I knew after speaking with Joe that he was the most knowledgeable and advised me the best way to correct the problem was to replace the system with a modern one rather than do a riskier pipe repair that likely would not have held long and been dangerous to do. I have a very deep septic line coming from my house, at least 9-10 feet down from the house, and even lower from the cesspool to the overflow tank. After meeting and speaking with Joe, we set a date and his crew arrived on time and spared some landscaping so it could be re-planted while excavating the property. His company has all its own equipment and they were a great team working together on the site. I stayed home to observe the process and they answered all my questions while doing the job! The install went very smooth and it is truly an interesting and awesome process to observe. They demolished the old cesspool while installing the new septic tank and then abandoned and filled the old overflow tank as per code. They then installed a new overflow system further down the property. They measured and marked all the necessary locations should any future work be required as well. They also then put all the dug up ground back down and graded the property so it could be re-seeded! Today, Joe the owner, personally dropped off the official Suffolk Board of Health paperwork to my house! All in all, I highly recommend Cesspool Pros for any septic system work! They were competitively priced, punctual, responsible, professional, and above all, they are great at what they do! Do no hesitate at all to use them!"
