He arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and ensured everything was installed perfectly. The workmanship was top-notch, and they took the time to test the system and walk me through its operation. Also, after the insulation was complete, they removed the old system. The owner is so polite and knowledgeable. I felt at ease within a minute of speaking to him. My AC unit wasn’t working and they were there and fixed it within the day. It was a blown motor on the condenser. They also looked up the manufacturer warranty on the unit and found that the part was covered still and got me the money back for the part. Another company originally installed the unit a couple years prior and did a poor job wiring and didn’t level it properly so they cleaned that up and fixed it. Excellent job. Unbearable pricing. White glove service!

I hired them for several different services, a new central air unit, repairs to an already existing heating system and a thorough burner assembly cleaning. Our heater?s were failing. We had not serviced them since installing them. We scheduled a visit for a quote and a tech Steve was sent out. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went over the units and scheduled a date for the maintenance & repairs. Price was very friendly And the work is top notch. We have used this company for other services as well. They have installed an indoor heating and Ac unit in our office. We highly recommend this company. They stand behind their work and continue to recommend them to our customers.

Steve is an excellent professional that cares about the customer and completed my job that I needed at 100%. My motor had to be replaced in my air conditioner. He noticed a little bit of mold inside my air handler. To prevent the mold from getting worse he installed an ultraviolet light that will now dampen the mold. Great work! He explained the process of what he was working on, then explained the completed process in a way that I could understand. If you need a highly proficient HVAC professional, then definitely hire Steve Baez.
