I never leave bad reviews but feel compelled to warn people not to use this man's service. The most unprofessional, short tempered and hostile man. I am a young mother with a 3 month old infant, so getting our hvac fixed is crucial. Vinny canceled on us last minute and rescheduled twice, he bad mouthed other companies who had worked on our system previously, he told us to run our own wires, and then called my father in law stupid for doing it wrong. When I interjected saying that that wasn't very nice and asked my father if we should call someone else, he became irate, yelled at me for saying something, said i ?should mind my business? in my own home, raised his voice loud enough to startle my infant and made him cry, said he ?should have pushed us down the stairs?, and stormed out of the house like a disgruntled prima-donna. The whole situation left me and my baby rattled. This man thinks that the demand for his trade entitles him to speak down to and mistreat customers.Go elsewhere.

Vinny went way out of his way to go to Montauk to give me an estimate on an air conditioning unit in the downstairs and upstairs. He gave me a great price and kept me informed as to when he was picking up the ductless units and when he was going to install them. He and his son were professional and did a great job.

Vinny and his son are top notch. Punctual, honest, dependable, and most importantly they do a good job. They stand behind the product and their work and supports you for the long term. They have never not answered a phone call or text. Vinny has installed multiple mini splits at our house, comes yearly for the service, and has fixed our boiler. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were able to diagnose the issue for my heat pump fairly quickly while also being diligent to ensure that was the correct issue.

He did like to talk a lot, but his work was good and when done cleaned up. Was able to repair my burner for about half the price of replacing it. No one else even suggested repairing just replacing.

I had several estimates but after meeting Vinny and son Dylan immediately felt a connection as he explained everything . Two hours after he left I called him back and hired him. His crew very professional and extremely neat as everything was cleaned up at finish of the job. Knowing that you can always reach them is very important. I would highly recommend this company for AC and heating to anybody.

Fast and Well Done Repair.

Vinny and his son came over my house and were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They looked over the a/c and identified the first of a few problems. They walked me through each phase explaining why I had a leak. They blew out a clogged pipe and explained the need for a proper fitting filter which I had been having difficulty finding. He immediately put me in contact with someone who could help me and I was able to order the filters. Then he made a suggestion to add a switch to the system which would turn off the motor if the water in the tray was going to overflow to prevent any chance of a future leak. He said to contact him in the next few weeks if I was interested - no pressure. Then before he left he turned on my thermostat and he identified that there was a second issue because it wasn t turning on the fan. This could also cause a leak. He replaced the thermostat and before he left he checked and cleaned my condenser. Vinny was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. His prices were reasonable. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his company.

Vinny and his son did a great job helping us find what we needed for my grandma s house. They answered all questions related to heating/cooling/duct work in the house and even did some additional work at no charge to help our family. We appreciate it very much! Thank you!

I was in need of boiler repairs. Most plumbing companies I contacted wanted to charge by the hour plus parts. I found NY HVAC on Home advisor and phoned them speaking with Vinny. Vinny from NY HVAC was a true professional. He told me over the phone that I would get great work at the price he quoted. When he arrived, he explained everything in detail that should be done to my boiler and maintained the original quote he had given me over the phone even though he was adding in additional repairs for me. Just an overall nice guy and very clean work. It's tough to find an honest plumber that does great work and today I found one. I have already placed New York HVAC phone number in my phone as my go-to Plumbing company. There is a reason this company has solid reviews and I'm adding a 5 STAR to this review and will share my positive experience with friends and family looking for a great Plumbing Company.

Comment: Vinny and his son arrived at my house in Commack, New York at 8:45am on Friday, 15 minutes earlier than expected (a pleasant surprise). He stuck to the price quote he gave me 8 months earlier. Their work was thorough, neat, clean and of excellent quality. The new central A/C unit is quiet and efficient. I will use them going forward to maintain and service my A/C unit as well as my furnace. I referred them to my neighbor across the street who is looking to get a new central A/C unit next year. I strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to service or get a new central A/C unit, furnace, hot water heater, etc. You wont be disappointed. He is a man of his word.
