"I am not a review writer at all, however, I felt it only fair to write a review for Eric and Just Rite HVAC after a wonderful experience. This company and Eric the owner are, in a word, the BEST! I needed main floorâ s central AC replaced. A friend recommended me to Eric. I texted him and he responded with a few hours. setting up an appointment was fast and easy. Eric was knowledgeable and timely. My job was extremely difficult based on the location of my air handler and there was a high chance the ceiling would need to be opened for access. When Eric arrived for the job he inspected further and said he was going to try not to have to open the ceiling for access. He and his crew went well beyond what anybody else would have done and meticulously dismantled the old air handler piece by piece. It was time consuming, difficult and energy consuming. But they were able to do and saved me from having a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did an excellent job setting up the new air handler in the same location and even fixed errors the previous installer had made! The entire crew were highly professional, courteous and clean. They put down drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly, highly, and without reservation, recommend Eric and Just Rite HVAC and will tell anybody I know about them."

They were so good with all the details and took away our old units , very clean and organized and super nice guys. I already gave my family his info so they will be calling them in the future. The owner makes us his priority and does everything from start to finish. Gave us a great price and wonderful dealing with them. If we ever need anything in the future we will certainly call them. "We had an ac unit put in two years ago. It never worked quite right. He came to check situation a couple times last summer - being it was a new unit - said to leave on auto/70 and should be fine. Still would not work correctly, hot days wouldn't work at all. This year was not working at all, only HOT air would come out. Once again came this summer, added more freon, stating there must be a leak somewhere. They couldn't find leak, told us we need to replace all the copper piping to fix the not even found leak. Wanted to charge insane amount money to fix a recent unit they installed that never worked in the first place! I tried calling the business a few times with not a single call back to speak with me. Thankfully i was forced to get it checked by someone else - it was an EASY fix! The flares were never tightened and there was a welded area that we were never told was done in first place. Do not trust this place; horrible customer service, unreliable, and afraid i was almost scammed!"

"I have used N.H. Ross in the past, and will continue to use them in the future. They are very professional, extremely well-trained, and knowledgeable in their trades -- As well as genuinely great down-to-earth human beings. Every time I invite them into my house to complete work, they always pay attention to the smallest details and clean up after themselves. I am thoroughly impressed that this company can find such great men and women to represent their brand. This time around, I had a ductless mini-split system installed. Eli and Bryan were able to walk me through every step that they were taking and made sure that any questions I had were thoroughly answered. They care -- they took time to make sure that the exterior lines were routed in a manner that was visually appealing and functional. 10/10 service and I would (and will) call them again for ANY home improvement that they cover."
