We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

The workers were good but the office were crooks. They charged me $974.01 for the first trip where the worker spent 15-20 minutes to add refrigerator fluid which only let the AC work for one day. I called again and they sent two workers that did some investigation and did some repairs. I was charged $1215.09 for the second call. The office never sent me an invoice that stated the number of work hours, the cost for the labor, the listed or cost of materials used. It looked like the office just pulled numbers out of a hat. "

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. Aire Serv did great quality work on repairing, crafting and installing improved ducting for our central air system. Our A/C is working better than it ever has at quickly cooling/heating our house. Unfortunately it was a nightmare trying to arrange a date and time for the maintenance. I have to schedule time off in advance in order to be home during the day, but every time they tried to schedule the installation it was very short notice, and through email which they did not respond to for usually a few days. It took about 5 emails and a few phone calls, and they were only able to schedule the install when I told them I was going to go with another company. Again, if you want great quality work and are willing to wait for the maintenance for almost 2 months, then go with Aire Serv."

Rigid ducts are easier to clean and can withstand any moisture the bathroom may create, but they are more costly and can’t be easily moved.
