Cascade Radon Mitigation

Charlie was timely getting back to me for initial call and then was on time for estimate/bid. Showed up on day of the construction on time, finished as he said. Left everything clean & locked up when finished. Charlie is great to work with.

His response to call was prompt. Very professional is telling me in what problems we might have. He set up the test quickly, and results came back not long after the test. I was pleased with his professionalism and the comprehensive nature in which he handled his business.

It went excellent.  They were professional and easy to work with.  They also were very accommodating to ensure the mitigation system was installed correctly and to our liking.  Before the system was installed our radon reading was 19.2.  After installation it is a 0.5.

When we were purchasing a new home in Wyoming, we had it tested for radon levels and found quite high levels (6.8). We contacted Cascade Radon Mitigation. They traveled about 60 miles to come and install our system They were very professional and did excellent work, exactly as described and in a timely manner. Cleanup after installation was thorough, also. And, re-testing after installation found that radon levels had dropped to 1.1!  A year or so later, we found that the mitigation system wasn't operating, so called them back. Over the phone, the owner walked us through checking a couple possible problem areas and how to address them. Turned out it was a simple issue and it was fixed while we were on the phone (and no problems since then). And Cascade didn't charge anything for the phone advice. So we're very happy with the work done and the successful outcomes. We recommend Cascade Radon Mitigation wholeheartedly.

Charlie did a very professional job installing the radon mitigation system in my basement crawl space.  I have had no issues with this installation.  The equipment and process has worked very well.    This is a professional and responsible business,.  I trust him in my home to complete a project.   He was prompt and courteous and  reasonably priced.  He cleaned up any  mess made.  I am confident if there are any problems or concerns in the future Charlie will promptly remedy the situation.   His price was reasonable for the work performed   I highly recommend Cascade Radon Mitigation.

The team was very conscientious, and efficient.  We had measured very high levels of radon gas in our basement.  After installing the radon mitigation unit, we measured again, and the levels of radon fell below even what was required.  The work was done quickly.  The unit was placed in an unobtrusive area, and the team cleaned up any debris after they finished.
