My contacts with Brad Brown were via long distance. I was not able to be on site at any time during the project. He was great - my tenants liked him and are very appreciative of the new unit. Brad was kind enough to make a second trip to instruct them on the use of the newly installed thermostat. I think he is a great person to work with and would recommend his product and service to anyone

PERFORMED SERVIICE IN A TIMELY MANOR

Excellent customer service and they fixed a problem the previous air conditioning company could not.

Arrived as scheduled: Repaired a leaking water line on the swamp cooler: Replaced a belt and had the swamp cooler back up & running better than new. Fast, courteous, professional service at a cost well with-in reason.

I found the contractor to be professional and very helpful. I was traveling and unable to be at home when I needed this repair. The contractor went to my home and bid the job. The repair was scheduled to be completed before I returned but I came home a day early. The repair cost were half what another company quoted for the repairs even though they had installed the system and the parts were under warranty. Needless to say I have changed service providers. I have already recommended Aire Serve to my mother who was looking for a service provider as well.

Brad was very thorough and informative. He explained everything so well and did such a great job! I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone needing anything to do with HVAC!

The technician was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem with my air conditioner. A repairman from another company failed to do so.

They actually sent out AirServe- contracted with them I guess? Technician was great- professional, understandable and worked hard to diagnose and fix.

Everything went smoothly - from scheduling the appointment to fit our busy schedule to the technician showing up on time and having everything he needed with him! Everyone was kind, courteous and knowledgable! I have already recommended them to our friends!

I called and they were there the next morning. Even though they were there to give a qoute on a new heating system they got a service person to come and fix the problem with the existing heater right away.They did an inspection of the unit diagnosed the problem and are providing me with a qoute for a new central heat/cooling system. I would have this company work on my equipment anytime they are fast, they fix the problem, and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is correct before they leave. Great service and people.

"Bought" a 15 SEER air conditioner, a 13 SEER was installed, price adjusted by company aprox. 20 days post instillation. Had almost a complete payment, company worked with me so I can make payments on the last $800.00 so that I could have an air conditioner as I have a disease called Pulmonary Hypertension that effects the heart and lungs. I appreciate the kindness of Jared Teague. Their personell were all very polite and courteous. Am greatly enjoying breathing a little better as my doctor said I would if I had air conditioning.
