Worked with this company for over 1 year to fix my oven, they dropped the ball multiple times, never claiming fault, spent approximately $2000 and over one year without an oven, I was very patient and did not complain. I worked with manufacturer to address the issue after this company said they could not help us any further and it took 5 minutes for the manufacturer to find the problem that was in front of the technicians face for over 1 year. When I called to speak with the manager to get a refund for the time without an oven and the high cost I paid, he refused, said everything they replaced was necessary to replace and it was not his fault they did not see the problem. I would not recommend anyone use their services. I am extremely disappointed. Not to mention I have 3 young children.

It went very well. Company maintained good contact with us prior to appointment, arrived when they said they would and was very diligent about maintaining cleanliness. He diagnosed the problem, found the root cause and did not try to replace parts until it worked. He actually found the issue (loose wire) and repaired it there without telling me I needed to replace a $200 control board. Great service at a reasonable price. We paid $100 for service call and total charge was $150.

Appt was scheduled promptly. Tech arrived on time. Checked the freezer thoroughly, and confirmed that it was operating properly. Very polite, very professional. Just one minor hiccup. I had a question about the freezer, and left two messages with their office, asking Sarah to call me. Now been over 10 days and no return phone call. Disappointing mark on an otherwise excellent job.

It was easy to make an appointment at my convenience. The repair tech called when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional. My stove needed parts ordered, and they arrived promptly. I would hire them again, as well as recommend them to others.

Not sure the problem was the ice maker, Subsequent tech from Baillos found the thermostat was defective.

They were professional.

When they first came out they thought it was a thermostat, but then they said "no" it was the ice maker. They charged me $365 to put in the ice maker and that did work. They had to come back out and they put in a thermostat that was another $400. I suspect that all I needed to begin with was the thermostat.

The guy that came out wasn't very good at diagnosing. He didn't really diagnose the problem, he just fixed everything. It could've only been two things: the ice maker or the thermostat, so we put both in. I suspect that if he would've just put the thermostat in first, that's all I would've needed. He came out three times. I don't think I would use them again.

Great. Sarah was on time and cleaned up after the job. She gave me several options to choose from considering the age of the washer. I chose to have the repair done. She told me what the next thing that would probably go wrong would be and how to know it was happening.

They took the model number and other info on Dec. 15, scheduled an appointment for Dec. 16 between noon and 4pm. Tyler the technician showed up on time, put shoe covers on before entering our home, told me what he was going to do, and I could tell he knew this particular fridge. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, had the replacement part in his truck, which is Samsung's latest revision of the ice maker, installed it, made sure it was working, and he was on his way within 20 minutes of arriving. Excellent service, knowledge, and quality.

Not only were they responsive and prompt, but very professional in all interactions. The service tech also advised me to allow the coils to defrost for 24 hours before resuming use. My fridge is working beautifully and making ice cubes again.

When everything goes as hoped, it's easy to give a good rating to a service company. It's when it doesn't go as hoped and you can still speak of stellar service that you know you are working with a special company. Our free-standing range is pretty high-tech, because of the induction cooktop. And let's face it: With a half-dozen electronic boards to run all the parts, our appliances are cyborgs and repair is becoming a computer servicing job. Sarah's appliance worked on our range for over two months, replacing four separate computer boards, and they did not charge us for any of these parts because none of them fixed the problem. At the last visit, as Sarah herself worked through the problems with a G.E. technical expert on the other line, I heard him tell her that she had done all the things she should have done, in the order that he would have done them, and that the range was not salvageable. She then got information from the company to make sure I got a replacement range for minimal cost *even though I am out of warranty* (thank you G.E. and Sarah's Appliances), and when the company did not call me as promised in two days, she called them herself. Yes, this was a frustrating situation, but it was nobody's fault, and I am absolutely blown away by the many extra miles that Sarah's Appliance went to make sure we got what we needed. And across all of those 7 service calls? Communication before, during, and after was impeccable; all three of the service people who worked on this were on time, kept the area clean, treated us with respect; the front office with whom I communicated frequently was always helpful and cleared up the few questions I had cheerfully and efficiently. For all of this, Sarah refused to charge me beyond one service call. I am truly, truly impressed with the hard work, courtesy, and integrity of this company.

Everything went great. Setting up appointment was very easy. The employees are very customer centered. I had a few extra requests, such as texting me when they are on there way. Jason is very nice and very quick. It was a set fee and less than I was expecting. I am 200% happy.

My Gas dryer stopped heating. After I replaced the high thermostat, it worked for a day, then stopped heating again. I called around and Sarah's was the most responsive and was available the next day. The technician was her son who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He checked everything out and unfortunately, didn't find a problem. When he put it back together, everything worked.

Jarod was great. I was told that they would meet me between 8-12. He showed up around 9am. He even insisted on putting on booties to protect my house from his shoes; unnecessary, but notably respectable. He tested the light bulb unit and looked things over. Turned out my problem was caused by user error. Apparently, if the mustard was preventing the door from closing, then the light doesn't go off and eventually it can start to melt the plastic. Stupid mustard. Anyway, I was only charged for the service charge, and he told me that if it continues to malfunction, and that doesn't end up being the problem, then the next service call charge would be waived. Excellent service!

I'd also like to note how well prepared these guys were. When I scheduled, I was supposed to call back and relay the model # of the fridge...of course forgot, but a woman called around 8pm and requested that information. She was very pleasant and patient with me as I tried to read the tiny print, she even allowed me to send her a picture to a cell phone. My guess is that they do this so that they can better prepare for any parts they might need. Impressive. It's the little things that make these kind of things run smoother... these guys are quite the TEAM of professionals! I hope to never need them again, but I’m glad to know this type of appliance repair shop still exists. I’ve had some run in with the opposite. But these guys, 5Stars!

Jason arrived in the allotted time slot.  He was able to identify and resolve the existing problem quickly and informed me that the valve 'might' continue to work properly.  He provided me an estimate for replacement of valve, informed me that it was a "pricey" part, but he could get the part and replace it today.  I opted for his suggestion to continue with the existing part, as a first step!  There will be no service charge if the part eventually needs to be replaced.  I was impressed with his efficiency and honest assessment of the options.
