My project was a simple walk-in shower replacement that began in March, 2020. However, due to incompetent and sloppy installation by 2 different crews, the project had to be re-done, including plumbing connections. One remaining problem is water splashing outside the shower. Dreamstyle and Kohler point fingers at each other with no resolution. Communication was and continues to be horrible as I have waited 2 months for a telephone response from the bath manager and 1 month for a response from the president of Dreamstyle, whom I contacted by email and letter. I do not recommend using this company for any remodeling project of any kind and I am sorry that I contracted with them! Unfortunately the product cannot be returned for a refund. It is an OK product but not worth the money.

The gentlemen Michael and Gabriel that did the shower remodel were terrific , so polite, knowledgeable and professional. It is beautiful. Dream Style Remodeling is a great company with great people.

Mark Miller took over $22,550.00 from my loan Aug 21, 2018. He promised me my screened-in patio would be done by the end of October 2018. Three months later nothing was done and his wife Linda Miller started contacting me. I told her that her husband, Mark Miller, promised me it would be done by October 2018, and I want my money back. she lied to me and said they ordered the product already which I found out later it was ordered in the middle of February 2019. it is a year later and the structure is leaning, screens are torn and structure is not sound. the screen structure on my patio is a mess and probably will have to be taken down in a year or two. Dreamstyle remodeling is a horrible company with Mark and Linda Miller who are lying con artists. Do not trust them.

Love the Anderson Windows and patio door but service was awful. The electrician could not do work right to pass final inspection.... and never called back. We had to hire and pay for another electrician... and Dreamstyle refused to reimburse. I do not recommend them. I will never use them again.

The stucco texture and color looks very good. Unfortunately, when the roof tile was moved to stucco the walls over the entry-way, the ceiling began to leak. The roof is under warranty. The roofing contractor agreed to honor the warranty and will repair the leak.

I have been dealing with Dreamstyle remodeling for 8 months now. It started with a quote for re stuccoing my home in December of 2017. We signed the contract to have the work done and was told that someone would come out to do more accurate measurements and do a site inspection. The first site inspection occurred in February. I live in the east mountains and due to snow cover the site inspection had to be re scheduled. The second site visit happened in April and I was told that i would be called about scheduling the prep and stucco work. After three weeks I called to get information about when they would start I was told that the prep work would be done on the 31 of May. On the 31 May I was contacted be the individual in charge of the stucco division that a big mistake had been made and they would not be showing up. I have to take time off of work for these appointments so I must say that I was not very happy with the way things were being handled. It gets better. After being given another date for the prep work to be done I again waited at home for the crew to show up when the phone rings again and I was told that no one would be there to do the work. When the crew did show up the next week I informed the individual in charge of the department that I would not be home. He stated that it would not be necessary for me to be there because they knew what had to be done. When I arrived home they had prepped the wrong building. After numerous calls to Dreamstyle a crew finally showed up and completed the stucco work on June 12. The contract stated that there would be "professional site cleanup" after the completion of the job. I contacted the person in charge of the department on the June 13th to inquire about when the cleanup would take place. He stated that it should have already been done. After more calls to Dreamstyle to complain about the cleanup, someone finally showed up on the 29th of June to clean up the chunks of stucco, strands of tape and to put back all the items moved around while the crew worked on the house. The contract also has a five year guarantee against fading or cracks. During the first week of August I noticed a decent size crack forming in the stucco. I contacted Dreamstyle about it on the 16th of August and set up an appointment to have the new assistant to look at what needed to be done. I had to call back on the 4th of September because I had not heard back from anyone at Dreamstyle. I was told we could set up the repair work for the 27 or 28 of September. On September the 25th I received a message from Dreamstyle that they were getting a crew together for the work to be done on the 27th or the 28th of September. It is now 1:25 pm on the 28th of September and I have left two messages with Dreamstyle about where the crew is. I have never and I do mean never had any business dealings with a company with such poor costumer service. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever. The salesperson was very engaged and spent much time explaining all the options. The installer did an excellent job. He was very skillful, respectful, efficient and tidy. Unfortunately, whoever was responsible for ordering materials was not thorough so not all materials were available upon installation. The missed pieces had to be ordered, which meant that we were inconvenienced a second time for the same job. It took about 7 weeks for the missing pieces to be received. During that time, there was absolutely no communication from anybody keeping us informed about a timeline. Attention to ordering details and communication are vital for all excellent business interactions, which is why we rated this company as we did.

Excellent service on planning my patio cover construction of lifetime aluminum-clad posts and a 3" insulated roof with fans. Each person who contacted me during the planning process had a specific job to do and did it with good humor. There were no high-pressure sales pitches for the "deal" because it never went away! I got good information and immediate answerw when I had a question. The price was better than the competition and was penciled out wheneverer I needed to change or add something to the plan. I signed a clear contract and was given a specific window of time in which my patio cover would be constructed on site. We'll see pretty soon how that goes!

Prices are high but I’m looking forward to the final product completion of my remodeled bathrooms...

Work not yet completed - but so far has been a good experience. Told that installation will only take one day, so am hoping that is true

I am relatively pleased with the completed job. There are still areas that could have been touched up a little more, but its very easy to touch up later if needed. My big gripe with any contractor is, what does the job look like when they leave? Mine was a mess. There was NO cleanup!! There was lots of mess on the tile. Lot of grout mess. They were called back to clean up the mess. They did. I still found more later, but very small areas, and very simple for me to clean. They were very agreeable to coming back and cleaning up. One broken tile had been installed even though it was already broken. That is poor decision on the installers part. This should NEVER happen. It had to be replaced. So, as a result, I will probably talk to others contractors for other work in the future. That being said, the overall job looks pretty good.

The walk-in shower that replaced a bathtub/shower is beautiful, looks as pretty as if not prettier than the photos on websites such as Houzz. Everyone with whom I worked was professional and personable.

They gave a reasonable quote. Came on Schedule and completed the work. Work and repairs was what I was hoping for
