He returned my call within 5 minutes, scheduled appointment for next day. His estimate was a little over half of other estimates. He came before the scheduled time, and charged the estimated amount. I will definitely call Harry the next time I need an appliance repair, if its something I can't do myself. Does not take credit cards at this time, only cash or check. Really nice guy.

Harry London, Trinity proprietor, tested the stove and found it was indeed leaking CO. After further examination he recommended that it be replaced. We did so.

So far, so good.  Really like Harry London's work, would hire him again.

Very knowledgeable and saved me tons of time and money because of it. He was able to diagnose problem over the phone (much to my skepticism), order the part and then fix it in a matter of only several minutes of labor. Everything worked just as he said it would and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Trinity without hesitation.

The service was good, but a little pricey.  I might have used someone else, but he was available and came right away.  The repair was good at first, but later the washer has developed a problem of not staying on.  This may not be related, however it is the same dial.

This was the second time i had Harry work on this dishwasher.  Both times I thought he was very knowledgeable and professional.  Each time I felt he was most interested in repairing the dishwasher as quickly and inexpensively as possible. 
This time he identified the parts that had failed, but the replacement cost was well over half the cost of a new dishwasher, So I opted for that.
I certainly recommend Harry for appliance repair.  I don't think you can find anyone much better, but you could easily do a whole lot worse.

Harry was extremely professional. He called me back and scheduled a time and date to come and take a look at my dryer. The day came and he was on time. He came in and made a few observations and knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer. It would get hot only for a few minutes and then it would cool down and continue to tumble but the clothes were not getting dry. Harry said the coils had to be replaced. He put them in and turned the dryer on with a load of whites I had just washed and it stayed hot though out the drying cycle. Harry was here no more than 30 minutes. I was very pleased!

I called on Tuesday at 6:00pm because my refrigerator had completely died.  They scheduled me for the next day with a window of 11-1pm.  She said the tech usually runs early, and explained the prices for the service call to me.  The next day the tech showed up between 10:30 and 11:00  I was very impressed with him being on time.  He introduced himself as Ray.  He was very nice and professional.  He explained to me what was wrong with refrigerator and told me he had the part in his van.  My frig was up and running within 15 minutes.  I was so relieved.  He also advised me to not buy groceries until the next day to give the frig time to cool off.  I was glad he told me that because I had planned to go shopping as soon as he left.  I would definitely use ABC applaince again.

A number one job

I'm very impressed with the service provided by Trinity Appliance Repair.  The pleasant experience started when Harry actually answered the phone (I get so tired of having to leave a message and then wondering if I'll ever get a call back!).  After giving me a couple of things to try, Harry was able to figure out what the problem was and what needed to be repaired.  He knew the part that was needed, was able to get the part and was out to my house the same afternoon.  The repair was made quickly, efficiently, and very reasonably priced.  Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely call Trinity if I need similar services in the future.

Harry arrived a few minutes before the appointed time.  He quickly took the ice-maker apart, diagnosed the problem, and went and purchased the required part.  He replaced it effeciently, checked to make certain that it was working properly, then cleaned up after himself.  His price I felt was quite reasonable.  He is very knowledgeable and efficient, and I will be calling him again to come out and install my new dishwasher when it is delivered, simply because I really like doing business with him and I know I will have no worries about it being done properly.

Initially got estimate and determined required part number.  Later returned with part and installed.  Both times Harry was actually early for the appointment!  He worked hard and cleaned up.  Very professional.

Harry is prompt and professional. He let me know when it was prudent to repair and when it wasn't. He won't waste your time (and doesn't want you to waste his time either.)

Repair was done quickly and correctly.  He tested dryer with a full load of laundry to make sure it was heating well.  I will certainly call on Trinity again. 

I called Trinity in the morning and he said he would be there at 3:00p.m.  He showed up just as he said,  gave me an estimate, fixed the problem for that amount and cleaned up after.   I was extremely satisfied.

Oi.  Week after Thanksgiving my refrigerator went on the fritz.  It is a bottom unit with top french drawers, internal water/ice dispenser.  Three days without cooling I knew something was wrong.  Looked on the internet and did what I could.  Cleaned the coils underneath.  Didn't fix the problem.  I knew that the most likely causes were: failed temperature sensor or fan.  Repairs were well above my ability.

Called the top 5 repair people recommended by Angie's List.  Wanted the work done today (Friday), as not to have no refrigerator over the weekend.  Trinity responded with the best repair times.  Was glad as they are the top rated site here for large appliance repair.

Repair man came and it took 2  hours to diagnose and replace the part.  The circuit board and temperature sensor failed.  Both were in a very hard to reach place. 

Work was done on time.

I have no appreciation as where the price falls in the range of refrigerator repairs.  Almost four hundred bucks hurt, but was one third the price of a new ice box.

They promptly responded right away and did a reasonable job. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Very well.  I don't know the depth and breadth of Harry's abilities, but I do think you can count on him to be reliable and try to fix your appliance problem at a fair price.

Requested soonest in-home service for GE gas dryer. Movers claimed fault was igniter (so I purchased one via Internet). Harry took call for same-day service, arriving at scheduled time. Discovered igniter weak but not a fault. Had to go to parts store for sensor, returned with part and after installation all worked fine. Very communicative and easy to work with. Bottom line - great service.

We have used them in the past and they are quite good.  The owner of this company is Harry London. His price is right. He shows up on time and he is good.  He has very high rating. They are the only people we would call for appliance repair. Their cost is very competitive and their workmanship is what I look for. His workmanship is very good. It is like finding a good mechanic. It is hard to find one and once you find you hold on to it. He always goes above and beyond. He is already at that level. He does not take forever to fix something.   He fixes it and it stays fixed. He uses good quality parts.  He is very professional in a profession in which you don’t expect to find people to be professional.  I have no hesitation in recommending him which we do all the time.  I will continue to use him in the future.
