Manny is 5 star worthy. He was honest and respectful and worked quickly like it was his own family without hot water. He went above and beyond with his customer service for my family. Manny is very easy to work with. He spends the time to explain what the problem is. Then a price is quoted that can be negotiated. Once the price is established work is completed very professionally. Being a Senior Citizen Manny treated me with respect and dignity. Using the old school adage that the customer is treated as King. Will I hire Manny in the future? You Bet!
