"Hoover’s was the ONLY one to get back to me and rather quickly. I decided to go ahead and use them. Aaron and Marcos were very professional and polite. Cleaned my HVAC ducts, exhaust vents, and my dryer vent (which was really dirty btw) in a timely manner and put everything back on when they were done. They cleaned up after themselves and even covered my stuff with plastic as they went. They took off their shoes as they came in and put down towels on the corners of furniture and the walls to avoid damaging them. Not sure if they were the cheapest option but they were the best option in my opinion. I’d definitely use them again. Thank you Marshall for answering me back and Aaron and Marcos for taking care of my vents."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. This summer the AC stopped working, I called and a worker came and replaced the refrigerant which let the AC work for 24 hours before it stopped again. I called again and two workers showed up and looked around and fixed the AC. On the first trip the worker thought it would be covered by warranty since they Donner installed the systems.
