We had major work done including fireplace demo and rebuild, drywall removed with new insulation and drywall installed, carpeting removed and new vinyl plank flooring install. An entire pantry renovation having it enlarged with all new shelving. Duct work revamped with new registers. Wall mounting of TV. Paint, trim, electrical redone. A large beam added to the ceiling. Large project done with great attention to detail. We are extremely happy with all the work done so far. We will definitely hire them again as we move onto the next phase of our renovation projects!"

The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

There were minor delays in the project timeline mainly because of the custom nature of the project, but the delays weren't too significant to affect my overall satisfaction. Greg always made sure to keep me well informed of the situation and progress. He and the other workers also always went above and beyond to make sure things were done well and the way that I wanted them. All the members of the Barnes Builders team seem to take a lot of pride in their work, and it truly shows in the final results."

Hugo communicated with me frequently letting me know where they were as far as progress and made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. Even during the construction, I made changes and they were very accommodating. In the end, the job turned out amazing. The job was done so well that a family member even asked for an estimate for their bathroom.
