"Our experience with Milligan Scapes was great! We got estimates and while Milligan wasn't the cheapest, we felt very comfortable with Gary and the planned system. They came on a Tuesday and were finished on that Thursday. Both Tim and Franklin were exceptional workers and everything turned out great. I definitely recommend them for any type of work. "Saul was very courteous and professional. Steve was friendly and explained what he was doing as he was working. Both men answered all my questions. What I can see on the flat part of my roof, they did a great job. On the pitch part of my roof they were to sealed all the penatrations. I cannot get up there to see but I am confident they did what they were hired to do. I will hire them again for other jobs."

"Walter and his crew did an excellent job completely relandscaping my yard from the ground up. They ground a stump, did the grading, installed retaining walls and underground drainage, installed sod, planted all kinds plants, and laid boulders, gravel and pavers. They also built two giant brick walls that collectively stretched about half an acre. They were professional, respectful, responsive, kind and they showed up when they said they would. A couple times mistakes were made because of me and they corrected it and didn’t charge me. Overall, we received a great value for the price we paid and we highly recommend their services."
