Empire Roofing

The gentleman give a quote which was fair. I hired them and this past snow storm not a drop of water has leaked. I would recommend them to anyone.

They sold me on doing a roof maintenance because I had a flat roof so they did the maintenance and a few weeks later my returns still leaked. I didn’t officially pay them to do the returns I let them sell me on the roof maintenance and they showed up when they wanted to so I ended up letting it go but I would never go back to them. What the maintenance does is they would go around and see things and seal them up like pipes sticking out of the roof and that kind of stuff, you have to seal around that stuff. In this instance I did it so I can get my return so there wouldn’t be any more leaks on my return and it still leaked. I asked the guy to come out and looked at it and he said it looked fine. Afterwards I just let it go.  It was the roof, what he was telling me is that the duct work was leaking but it wasn’t the duct work, it was the flash around the duct work that connects to the roof. So arguable Empire could have fixed it but they weren’t able to or they didn’t want to. I want happy with their work.

Perfect. I did not have to supervise the work, crew was respectful and polite - professionally doing their work! All went very well with only minor details on a very small "punch list".

They showed on time, actually a little early on a Monday morning, and had to barrow a hose and electrical extension cord. Few employees spoke English and communications were with owner who was on site some of the time supervising. Very clean and picked up debris well, and actually they made very little mess, probably because they realized they would have to pick up after themselves. They recommended the turbines be replaced on the first day on the job, at cost over original bid, but I had the option of not doing them. I am glad I had them replaced, however they should have been in original bid and explained. It has not rained yet so I can't evaluate the water proofness! But nothing to think it would leak. I'll up date this review if have any issues.

They installed our roof 10 years ago and we have them return each year to maintain.

They were very good and were straight forward. The price was fair and we really did not have any problems. The times we had rain the repairs held.

They did a good job, came when scheduled, did repairs and replacement expertly, cleaned up and left.

Well done, quick, and they always respond when called.

My final decision to choose Empire Roofing was based on their listing on Angie's List. This was very helpful for me, because we are fairly new to Albuquerque and do not know a lot about the various companies.
Steve was very punctual in meeting with us and sending the estimate which we felt was a fair one. He and his team arrived on the date he had given me, did a great job in the estimated amount of time, and did a good job of cleaning up the site.
Steve was very helpful in our decision of which product to put on our house. He was quite patient in answering our questions about various products, and we are very appreciative of the amount of time he visited with us and never seemed hurried. We had a spot of exposed roof and right after we chose Empire Roofing, he sent a crew right out to cover that area until the roofing job began.
We were really impressed with his knowledge, experience, and skill in coordinating the entire job around the timeline. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

We worked with Steve throughout the estimate and scheduling of work process. The crew showed up on time, worked the job, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. The roof looks great!

Crew showed up exactly on time and finished when they said they would. The job was completed for the proposed price. Other than a little tar on my garden hose, the job site was cleaned up nicely. I thought they did a great job overall. All the seams were sealed, the canals were even to the finished roof for good drainage and they replaced the stone with quality, clean material.

THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY SHOWED UP REPEATEDLY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEY STOOD BY THEIR WORD. I WAS PLEASED THAT THEY WORKED SO HARD TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED.

THE PROFESSIONALISM AND THE QUALITY OF THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR OTHER PEOPLE. I'VE BEEN HIRING THEM OFF AND ON FOR YEARS, THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND VERY RELIABLE.

IT DID NOT TAKE THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD TO COME FIX MY ROOF. WHEN THEY GOT HERE THEY GOT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY AND MY ROOF WAS FIXED SHORTLY AFTER. SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN HERE, I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MY ROOF LEAKING.
