Ben  could have said there was a problem with my roof and given me an estimate to fix it. However, he said that when my new gutters are installed correctly I should not have a problem with water dripping from the gutters where they intersect from the den to the rest of the house.

I appreciate  people who do not try to take the consumer for a ride and charge when there really is not a problem.

"We had them come out and install laminate wood flooring for us. They didn't seem to have much knowledge in laminate flooring and ruined a few of the pieces. Also they took off our door frames, had they read the instructions, they wouldn't have had to do so.
