Victory Junk Removal provides a quote in advance based on photos that you email to them. The quote is non-binding, as you can always add or delete items. in our case, the crew decided that the items for removal could be packed easily and tightly on the truck and take up less room. As a result, the actual cost was lower than the estimate. This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window. At 1:15pm we got a very apologetic call that the crew was still in line at the recycling center from a prior pickup and would be late. They gave us a call at 2:15pm that they were coming over and were at our house at 2:30pm. We also received text reminders sent to us the day before and the morning of the pick-up. So while they came to our house a little later than planned their communications were excellent. No question that we would use Victory Junk Removal again."

"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer.
