He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . "First project: Derek arrived quickly with a quote and was able to provide me with an acceptable timeline for scheduling.  He returned the do the work over a few days as much filling, drying, and sanding was needed.  The finished product well exceeded my expectations.  All wall and ceiling damage was corrected.  It was truly a night and day difference. 
Second project: Because I was so pleased with the bedroom, Derek was rehired to paint two bathrooms.  When the first bathroom fell behind schedule, Derek had no problem adjusting his schedule around the delay.  He was able to complete both bathrooms on the new schedule and again to my liking.  I would hire him again for any painting needs and would recommend him to friends and family.

"This was the second job that Brian did for us. He did painting and installed new light fixtures the first time.  This time he installed a ceiling medallion in the entry hall and repaired the ceiling that was damaged by a previous contractor. The ceiling is 18 ft high and he needed to put up a scaffold in the entry way. There is also a  large chandelier that he  needed to cover and lower to do the work.
 The job was done in one day, he keep the work area, chandelier neat and clean and his work was excellent. I would highly recommend him.
